Formal OEM approvals, licenses, or endorsements are declared only where officially granted and documented.
3. Regulatory Compliance & REACH
Lubenta products are manufactured in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks relevant to their intended markets of supply.
Where required, raw materials and finished products are supported by manufacturing partners operating in compliance with UK REACH, EU REACH, and other applicable chemical regulatory regimes.
Product classification, labeling, and packaging follow applicable CLP/GHS standards in the markets where supplied.
Regulatory documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), is maintained in accordance with current legislation and is available upon request.
Compliance obligations relating to substance registration remain the responsibility of the respective registrant or manufacturer in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
4. Application & Service Responsibility
